New to Snowmass Club, Don has worked in the golf industry since he was a 15 year old member of the grounds crew at a club in Nashua, New Hampshire. Don's club management career spans 20+ years and includes private country clubs in New England, Georgia, and North Carolina. He most recently served as GM at MacGregor Downs Country Club in Cary, then in Brier Creek.

Joanna (Jo) has lived in Snowmass Village for 12 years after traveling to Aspen from Australia on a 3 month work visa after graduating from University in Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and International Business. Jo has been with the Club for 7 years and is responsible for all Sales, Marketing, Member Relations, Member Communications and Events.
Jo brings with her over 17 years of experience in customer service, marketing and sales spanning the globe from Sydney, Australia to New York City and now here in Snowmass Village, Colorado. As an avid outdoor enthusiast Jo enjoys skiing, snowboarding, hiking and truly understands the lifestyle that our members and future members look for when coming to the Snowmass Club.
A graduate of Illinois State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Mark has been in the hospitality business ever since. Mark comes to Snowmass from the St. Louis area with an extensive background in F&B and accounting where he spent the last twelve years as a controller for large convention hotels. His goal is to create a balance between operations and finance and looks forward to being an integral part of the team.

Robert is a native of Massachusetts, he spent a great part of his youth working in several family owned restaurants in the Berkshires. His post graduate career started at the Sea Island Inn Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Since then positions have included; Executive Chef at the Grande Dunes Ocean Club, The Historic Litchfield Plantation in Pawleys Island, South Carolina and as Executive Chef/Partner at Hops and Vines Beer Garden and Brasserie and NoCo Pastaria in Williamstown, Massachusetts. Before joining the Snowmass Club, Robert worked for Toll Golf for two years as Executive Chef of Belmont Country Club in Ashburn, Virginia.
Chef Edward C. Schmidt’s passion for great food and beautiful places has kept his culinary inspiration growing and evolving for over a decade here in Colorado. Chef Schmidt attended Western Culinary Institute in Portland, OR with the intention of returning to Colorado to settle. Upon graduating with honors in 1992 and with his career on the front burner, it was clear that Colorado would have to wait and New York would be the next stop. During the following four years, Chef Schmidt worked as a Chef de Partie and Sous Chef at the stoves of New York Times rated two and three star restaurants. These experiences set the foundation for the development of Chef Schmidt’s intuitive approach to food and cuisine that is at once simple in preparation and yet complex in flavor with a strong leaning towards French technique with Global influences.
In 1995 Chef Schmidt returned to Colorado and fell in love all over again with this beautiful state. The pristine beauty and culinary inspiration confirmed that this was going to be the final stop on his culinary journey. Since his return, he has worked as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef and Private Chef in Denver, Boulder and of course, Aspen and Snowmass.
Aside from cooking, Chef Schmidt has great passion for rock climbing, fly fishing, skiing and spending time with his family.
Greg returned to The Snowmass Club in June of 2014 after living in Shanghai, China. He served as the Director of Instruction at The Shengcai International Golf Academy, training the Chinese Golf Coaches and instructing many private students. During his 15 months in Shanghai, Greg had the opportunity to acquire a wealth of knowledge in teaching his Chinese students and learning about the culture as well. With many years of golf operations and instruction experience in the Denver area as well as Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe, Arizona, Greg brings a wealth of golf knowledge to The Snowmass Club.
Assistant Golf Pro
Simon started to play Golf at the age of 10 and turned Professional at 20. Simon worked as a Jack Nicklaus / Jim Flick Instructor for 4 years which included coaching everybody from beginners up to Tour Professionals including David Park, Garry Houston and Charles Challin (European Tour), before playing Tournament golf myself on a full time basis.
Played Competitive golf in Europe 2000-2004.
Represented Great Britain in the President of Russia’s Cup staged at Moscow Country Club.
After a serious shoulder injury which required two surgeries, Simon returned to coaching and spent nearly a decade predominantly in Junior Golf Development in the UK.
Simon spent two and a half years in China as the Director of Asia Pacific Player Development for Tiger Group Golf. During this time he worked with several promising young Chinese players as well as working remotely with Leslie Cloots (Runner-Up 2014 Womens British Amateur Championship, Belgium National Team and UNC Womens Golf Team Member) who is now playing on the LPGA Symetra Tour.
In June 2016, Simon relocated to Snowmass Village in Colorado to take up a PGA Staff Professional position at The Snowmass Club.

Denise Latousek has been a Roaring Fork Valley resident since 1999 and has an extensive background in health, wellness and fitness. Denise has been a fitness professional for over twenty years, and holds numerous current certifications. Denise was certified as a personal trainer with NASM in 2000 and her work experience also includes event planning both locally and nationally. Denise's approach to fitness is squarely focused on building a strong foundation for growth. Her inspiring instruction comes from a personal passion for helping individuals to unlock their full potential. With a sense of humor, an easy-going nature and endless hands-on experience, Denise has become renowned for her ability to drive results.
A lover of the outdoors, Denise enjoys alpine skiing, mountain biking, cycling, hiking, paddleboarding, and golf. She lives in Basalt with her husband Michael and her two children, Lauren and Taylor.
