Group Fitness Program
The Snowmass Club Group Fitness Program is a complimentary amenity offered to Snowmass Club Members and our partners. Members are given priority for classes with limited space, and may register for fitness classes 48 hours in advance, by logging into the member website and selecting the class from the club calendar. Partnership guests may pre-register for classes the day of, at the Athletic Club Desk, by arriving up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled class.

In our yoga classes we practice a complete array of poses and movements designed to bring more strength, balance and flexibility to your body and mind. Practitioners learn how to safely access challenging and fun poses, while working to cultivate stability in being. Poses are practiced with intelligence and understanding of their application to the whole body, and with attention given to the inter-connectedness of breath, movement and mindfulness. The classes are designed for all ability levels, with the instructor providing modifications and variations to accommodate students of varying skill and flexibility.
We offer classes for varying levels, from beginners to intermediate and advanced. Our classes are designed to focus on working the core of one's body- the abdominals, the glutes and the back extensors, with special emphasis on the transversus and multifidus. This form of exercise works muscles while they are fully stretched, creating a long, lean and flexible body. Pilates is excellent for all ages and for all athletic abilities, and is highly recommended to those recovering from back, neck, shoulder, and knee injuries.

It’s always invigorating to carve first tracks, but oh so much better when done with a group of friends. Ready to take a sunrise snowshoe? Blankets of white and first light on Mt. Daly are perfect trail companions along with your fellow members during one of our weekly member ski days, winter uphill and snow shoe hikes, or summer full day hikes.
